ARGUS University Challenge 2018 Results

See what the top MBA student teams can accomplish with ARGUS Enterprise

This year's ARGUS University Challenge saw teams of aspiring real estate professionals from more than forty universities around the world compete for scholarship awards and build invaluable experience.

The ARGUS University Challenge required each student team to run a comprehensive investment analysis on a commercial real estate case authored by M. Christopher Meitzen, MAI, SRA. The challenge involved detailed scenario analysis to understand the implications of changing market conditions on the value of an asset in ARGUS Enterprise. Financial models were accompanied by a paper describing the outcome of the analysis and recommendations to the owner.

We're excited to announce that our esteemed panel of judges have chosen this year's winners. Please join us in recognizing the top four ARGUS University Challenge teams!
